In the bathroom, the calm material world continues with large-format tiles from Italgraniti “Dorset” in Tortora. The size of 60 × 120 cm makes the surfaces appear generous and almost monolithic, modern, high-quality and pleasantly understated. On the balcony and loggia, gray ceramic tiles in the format 60 × 60 cm are used.

It is exactly this combination of warm oak, restrained Tortora and clear architecture that gives the apartment its mature character.
