In the living area, the large designer corner sofa invites you to linger while looking at the world-famous tent roof structure of the Olympic Stadium. You will also find a Smart TV and a Sonos speaker here.
The kitchen is fully equipped and focused on quality with appliances from well-known brand and design manufacturers - including a stainless steel worktop and sink, induction hob from Bora, Siemens dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric juicer, Fissler pots, and WMF cutlery.
On request, we are also happy to provide a microwave and an electric grill for the balcony.
In the beautiful daylight bathroom, you will find a large walk-in shower and a towel radiator, as well as a Bosch washing machine and dryer.
In the bedroom, the large, comfortable bed (1.80 x 2 m) ensures a restful night. The blinds can be conveniently operated electrically (as in the whole apartment).

It is less than a 10-minute walk to the Olympiapark, the lesser-known Luitpoldpark is just around the corner.
In the immediate vicinity, there are a few pubs and some excellent restaurants (Italian, Vietnamese, Thai, Greek...).
A small Turkish grocery store is right diagonally opposite, and larger supermarkets (Penny, Rewe) are a few hundred meters away.
Every Friday, the Milbertshofener weekly market takes place not far away, where you can buy great regional products.
In the heart of Schwabing, you can reach it after one or two stops by tram or subway.
