Description
We are looking for a new tenant from 1.1.2027 for our beautiful 3-room apartment, which extends over 86 m² on the ground floor of a three-story building (rear house) from 2021.
The reason for our own search is the desire to take over our fitted kitchen for a price of 3,800€. The kitchen was purchased at Höffner for about 7,000€ and is equipped with high-quality Neff and AEG built-in appliances. The surfaces of the doors are in black soft matte.
Other furniture (sofa, table, chairs, pleated blinds, etc.) can be taken over for little money if needed - otherwise, we will sell/dispose of them.
The willingness to sign a takeover declaration of tenant installations to the landlord, which of course only comes into effect when a housing commitment follows, is assumed.
The floor plan convinces with a bathroom as well as a separate guest WC with washing machine connection. Thanks to the existing elevator and barrier-free design, comfortable access to all areas is guaranteed.
