Zur Nachmiete steht ein modernes 1-Zimmer-Apartment im Erstbezug. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzer Zeit bezogen und befindet sich in einem neuwertigen und sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Das Apartment verfügt über eine durchdachte Raumaufteilung, eine hochwertige Ausstattung und modernes Design. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Vitrinenschrank) und verfügt über ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Die Infrastruktur vor Ort deckt die täglichen Bedürfnisse ab und macht den Standort für verschiedene Lebensentwürfe attraktiv.
