Stauraum, Esstisch mit Stühlen, eine moderne Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeit, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse. Die möblierten Apartments sind je nach Einheit im modernen Earthy- oder Calm-Design eingerichtet.
Highspeed-WLAN ist in der Miete enthalten. Strom ist nicht inklusive und muss vom Mieter separat angemeldet und bezahlt werden.

Several modern studio apartments are currently available across different floors, up to the 4th floor. Subject to availability, you can choose between different apartment sizes, layouts, floors and rental price options.
The studios are thoughtfully designed and offer everything you need for comfortable living. Depending on the apartment, the furnishings include a 160 cm double bed, wardrobe and storage space, dining table and chairs, a modern fitted kitchen with refrigerator and cooking facilities, a private bathroom with shower, as well as a balcony or terrace. Furnished apartments are available in the modern Earthy or Calm interior styles, depending on the unit.
**High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Electricity is not included and must be registered and paid for separately by the tenant.**
As multiple apartments are available within the project, **size, floor, layout, furnishings and rental price may vary depending on the individual apartment.**
