Stock (mit Lift) bietet einen großartigen Blick über München bis zu den Alpen. Die Möblierung ist modern mit originellen Leuchten und hübschen Details. Die großzügige Diele wurde im Bereich vor dem Zugang zur Küche für einen Esstisch für vier Personen genutzt. Dieser bietet sich auch als Arbeitsplatz für Homeoffice an. Von hier aus Zutritt zum 2. Balkon, der nach Westen ausgerichtet ist. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine komfortable Schlafcouch, einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen und man hat Zugang zum Südbalkon. Von hier wird die Ankleide mit Einbauschränken betreten. Das dritte Zimmer ist aktuell mit zwei Kinderbetten, Kommode und kleinem Schrank möbliert. Ein Bett oder Schlafsofa kann flexibel dazu kommen. Die beiden Badezimmer sind mit Feinsteinzeug gefliest. Eines verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Whirlpool Funktion, Waschtisch mit Unterschrank und Handtuchwärmer. Hier steht auch der Trockner. Das andere, angrenzend an die Ankleide, ist mit Duschkabine mit Regenschauer Duschkopf, Waschbecken mit Unterschrank und WC ausgestattet. Ein Extra Gäste WC ist vorhanden. Ebenso bietet eine praktische Abstellkammer zusätzlichen Stauraum.

Bright furnished 4-room apartment with 2 large balconies, three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, Bogenhausen Arabellapark. The location on the 15th floor (with elevator) offers a great view over Munich to the Alps. The furnishings are modern with original lamps and pretty details. The spacious hallway was used for a dining table for four people in the area in front of the entrance to the kitchen. This is also ideal for a home office. There is a practical built-in wardrobe and a shoe cupboard in the entrance area. From the hallway, you enter the bright living room, which provides access to the large covered south-facing balcony with balcony furniture. The living area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, lowboard, flat screen TV and chest. In the dining area of the living room there is a dining table for 4 people. The separate white kitchen with window is as good as new and is very well equipped with brand-name appliances, including a large American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), spacious sliding-door closet and two bedside tables. There are only a few small streets within Arabellapark; the majority of the path network is reserved for pedestrians.
