Ich würde die Wohnung am liebsten für ein Jahr oder nahezu ein Jahr vermieten. Eine Mietdauer von mind. 6 Monaten ist jedoch ebenfalls möglich.
Bevorzugt werden Interessenten, die die Wohnung für einen längeren Zeitraum und möglichst in Richtung 1 Jahr mieten möchten.
