Im Schlafzimmer erwartet Sie ein großes 140x200 cm Bett mit einer hochwertigen Matratze (Tempur) und genügend Ablagefläche und großzügigen Stauraum für Ihre Kleidung. Das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und Fenster ausgestattet. Zu beiden Seiten ist keine Einsicht von Nachbarn möglich - der Blick geht jeweils auf grüne Bäume.
Die Betriebs- und Heizkosten sowie Strom werden (bei normalem Verbrauch) als Pauschale von 260 EUR abgerechnet. Darin sind auch die Kosten für Internet (100 MBit) enthalten (bereits angeschlossen und direkt verfügbar).
Eventuell ist auch ein späterer Einzug auf etwa Mitte November oder 1. Dezember 2026 möglich.
