An exclusive gas stove controlled by remote control and timer completes the interior.
The open fitted kitchen integrated into the living room is fully equipped with brand name appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) and crockery.
The very spacious daylight bathroom offers a double washbasin, a bathtub and a floor-level shower with rain function. There is also a washing machine and dryer. WLAN is included in the rent.

Die Immobilie liegt in Degerloch, einer der begehrten Halbhöhenlagen der Stadt Stuttgart. Das Viertel "Haigst" ist gutbürgerlich geprägt und ruhig. Direkt angrenzend beginnen Waldgebiet und Landschaftsschutzgebiet für den Ausgleich in der Natur.
Sowohl die Verkehrsanbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr als auch an die Autobahn sind ausgezeichnet, die Stadtbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 2 min. Fußweg entfernt. Both the traffic connection to the public local traffic and to the motorway are excellent, the city railway stop is approx. 2 min. footpath away. Also "around the corner" is the "Zacke", the nostalgic rack railway with a direct connection to the lively Marienplatz. The district Degerloch with all shopping possibilities can be reached in 10 minutes by foot or one station by tram.
