Die Wohnung hat 56 m², liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und kostet 897 € Kaltmiete pro Monat. Sie besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einem Flur und einer großen Küche mit viel Platz. Besonders schön ist der große Patio mit Blick ins Grüne.
