Hallo zusammen, ich suche zum 1.10 oder 1.11 einen Nachmieter für meine Mietwohnung am Dobben.
Ich wohne seit dem Frühjahr 2019 hier und bin immer zufrieden gewesen.
Das komplette Gebäude wurde 2014/2015 kernsaniert und ist dementsprechend in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Es handelt sich zudem um Massivbau, sodass es wirklich sehr ruhig ist.
Es sind ca. 43qm Wohnfläche zzgl. eines ca. 12 qm großen Balkons in Südost-Ausrichtung.
Ein eigener Kellerraum sowie Gemeinschafts-Fahrradraum ist vorhanden.
Hausmeister inkl. Mülltonnenservice gibt es ebenso.
Kaltmiete beträgt 700€.
Es ist eine wirklich tolle Wohnung für eine Person.
