Description
The new building project Schäferweg 6 D offers top apartments with the following described features:
The solid walls and ceiling surfaces in solid construction are smoothly plastered with gypsum plaster (quality level Q3). Alternatively, filigree ceiling panels and also the surfaces of the drywall stud walls are spackled.
Floor coverings:
All rooms except bathrooms, utility rooms, and apartment hallways receive PVC floor coverings in wood look or tile.
Tiles:
The floor tiling is done with high-quality tiles. All wet areas receive a floor covering made of porcelain stoneware tiles.
Loggias and terraces:
The loggias receive a surrounding steel railing and the terraces a walkable terrace covering.
Windows:
The window systems are planned as plastic windows. They receive insulating glazing. The insulating glazing is executed with triple glazing. The function of the windows is mainly tilt-and-turn sashes. The terrace doors are steel core stabilized.
Roller shutters:
All windows including bathroom windows receive thermally insulated roller shutter boxes with weatherproof plastic roller shutter slats in light gray color. For increased comfort, all roller shutters are equipped with motors. The inspection openings of the roller shutter boxes receive a lower thermally insulated plastic cover that is not painted. Please refer to the floor plan for the layout of the respective apartments.
For a small additional rent of 60-70 euros, the owner would additionally rent out a fitted kitchen (depending on equipment).
An elevator is also available.
Sanitary installation:
All sanitary ceramics are from the brand Duravit or equivalent. All enamel steel goods are from the brand Kaldewei Saniform or Duschform or equivalent. All single-lever fittings are from the brand Grohe or equivalent.
Bathroom:
1 floor-level shower in different dimensions with single-lever mixer, color white.
1 deep-flush toilet, color white, wall-hung, with concealed cistern, toilet seat with lid.
1 or 2 washbasins in different widths, with single-lever mixer.
Kitchen:
1 hot and cold water connection for sink and dishwasher.
Electrical installation:
The electrical system is planned and installed according to VDE guidelines. Each residential unit receives a separate meter installed by the municipal utilities. The electrical equipment of the apartment is according to DIN Electrical Systems in Residential Buildings RAL Equipment Level 1. FI circuit breakers are used where required by VDE.
