Große Einbauschränke im Flur haben viel Platz für alles, und im Untergeschoß ist ein eigener Kellerraum (abschließbar) und ein Trockenraum vorhanden. Stellplätze vorm Haus für PKW, E-.Scooter usw. sind kostenlos, und noch etwas besonderes: bei uns sind die Nebenkosten plus Stromkosten in der Warmmiete enthalten. Man baucht sich nicht mehr anzumelden.
Der Weg von der Mainstraße Dudweiler zur Universität Saarbrücken beträgt nur 2,5 km; es gibt eine gute Busverbindung dorthin und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auf dem Weg. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, wobei in der Mitte von Dudweiler abends ein reges "Stadtleben" herrscht.
