We are looking for a new roommate for our student villa in a quiet and central location on the TU Dresden campus. We offer a fully furnished apartment (bed, wardrobe, desk, side table, small bachelor kitchen). The apartments are located in a chic renovated, stylish old building.
The large windows make the room very bright and generously sized. The bathroom has just been freshly renovated and is therefore stylish and spacious.
The villa is inhabited by international and sociable students from various fields of study. Together we use the facilities of the student association located in our house (www.altsachsen.de). These include an in-house bar, a banquet hall for events, a fireplace room with a library for joint studying, and a communal kitchen.
In summer, a large garden invites you to barbecue and relax together. If you are looking for a sociable and active community life, you are exactly right with us!
Use of the washing machine and dryer is included in the rent.
Parking spaces are sufficiently available in the immediate vicinity.
This is a private student dormitory. Therefore, the room is only rented to enrolled students.
The apartment is located right in the middle of the campus. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to almost every university building.
Nearby there is a Sparkasse bank and the best Döner shop in Dresden.
Bus lines 61 and 66 are about 2 minutes on foot away.
Also nearby are tram lines 3 and 8 (Nürnberger Platz). With bus and tram, the main train station can be reached in about 5 minutes. The Neustadt district is also only about 15 minutes away by tram line 3!
