Ein besonderes Highlight sind die beiden Fitnessräume im Haus. Neben einem Cardio-Bereich steht ein voll ausgestatteter Trainingsraum zur Verfügung, sodass du dein Training bequem in den Alltag integrieren kannst.
Auch die weiteren Gemeinschaftsbereiche tragen zu einer hohen Wohnqualität bei. Der begrünte Innenhof mit Tischtennisplatte, Feuerstelle und gemeinschaftlichen Beeten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gemeinschaftsküchen und Aufenthaltsbereiche schaffen zusätzlichen Raum für Begegnung und Austausch.
Von Montag bis Freitag steht dir ein Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort zur Verfügung. Ergänzt wird dies durch einen Sicherheitsdienst während der Nachtstunden.
Wenn du Ruhe brauchst, bietet dir dein Apartment den passenden Rückzugsort. Die Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche, Fitnessräume und vieler weiterer Angebote ist bereits in der Pauschalmiete enthalten.

Here, you will live in your own modern Platinum Penthouse apartment while enjoying the benefits of an active student community.
In addition to your private retreat, there are numerous common areas available for studying, socializing, and getting to know others. This way, you can quickly make friends while still enjoying the privacy of your own apartment.
A special highlight is the two fitness rooms in the building. In addition to a cardio area, there’s a fully equipped weight room, so you can easily incorporate your workouts into your daily routine.
The other common areas also contribute to a high quality of living. The landscaped courtyard, complete with a ping-pong table, fire pit, and communal garden beds, invites you to linger. Shared kitchens and lounge areas provide additional space for socializing and connecting.
From Monday through Friday, a contact person is available right on site. This is supplemented by a security service during nighttime hours.
When you need some peace and quiet, your apartment offers the perfect retreat. Use of the common areas, fitness rooms, and many other amenities is already included in the flat-rate rent.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
