The building "Alte Post" in the center of Heidenau is a listed building constructed in the 1930s, which was comprehensively renovated and converted into a residential building in 2025/26. During the renovation, great emphasis was placed on an execution that does justice to the character and charm of the building. In coordination with the monument protection authority, we tried to preserve many historical and architectural details. Thus, a modern residential building with historic charm has now been created. Our company-owned caretakers and cleaning staff take care of the maintenance of the entire complex including house cleaning.

The proximity to the Elbe offers many opportunities - whether for sports activities or a short walk. Ideal for commuters is the very good connection to the A17 and B172 as well as to the S-Bahn and bus.
