The construction of Frankfurt Central Station in 1888 laid the historical foundation for the development of today's Gallus district. The settlement of craft and industrial businesses, as well as the residential construction in the 1920s, which belongs to the architecturally highly regarded heritage of "New Frankfurt," initially shaped its appearance.
The closure of the freight station in 2000 ushered in a new era of urban development in the northern Gallus, from which the Europaviertel emerged as an exclusive and modern residential district with attractive infrastructure. The distinctive industrial buildings from the turn of the century were partly converted and assigned to cultural institutions, such as the Gallus Theater in the former Adlerwerke. Today, service companies are increasingly settling in Gallus. The centrally located district with around 40,000 inhabitants is considered young, international, and highly developable, with clear potential to become a trendy district. The main traffic axis is Mainzer Landstraße. It runs west-east and leads straight into the heart of the city to the Alte Oper. Parallel to it, the quiet Frankenallee invites you

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
