Are you looking for an affordable room for your studies in Münster?
We rent furnished rooms to Catholic students and are especially happy to receive inquiries from first-semester students who are new to Münster.
Since we do not operate for profit, the monthly rent is only 230 euros. It is important to us to offer young students an affordable and pleasant place to live during their studies.
The rooms are bright, spacious, and were modernized a few years ago. The equipment includes a bed, a wall closet, a desk, and a private washbasin. Cable connection, DSL, and WLAN are also available so you can move in without much effort.
The showers, renovated in 2017, and the toilets, cleaned daily, are shared with four other residents. In total, ten students live together on the two corridors. This keeps communal living manageable and personal.
There is also a spacious and fully equipped communal kitchen. Our housekeeper ensures order and cleanliness there as well as in the sanitary facilities daily.
With us, you will find a well-maintained, affordable room and a pleasant student community. Overall, a good foundation to settle in Münster and focus on your studies.
The rooms for rent are already equipped with a bed, wall closet, desk, and washbasin and were modernized a few years ago. Here you will find a cable connection and DSL (also via WLAN). The rooms are very bright and friendly. You share spacious showers and daily-cleaned toilets with four other residents. The generous, fully equipped kitchen is also kept tidy daily by the in-house housekeeper.
The house you will move into is a Catholic fraternity house (no fencing or similar activities). On the ground floor, you will find a bar, a common room (with TV/Sky), and a large terrace with a beautiful garden that invites you to many activities in summer. The living floors with a total of 10 rooms rented to Münster students are on the first and second floors.
The property is mostly surrounded by commercial areas, so it is quiet especially on weekends. This is very valuable, especially during exam periods! You are also welcome to use our expanded study room or celebrate with friends in the party basement. These can be reached quickly via the central Kolde-Ring/LVM stop.
