Description
The approximately 18 sqm room is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-room apartment. It has laminate flooring and two windows. It is rented unfurnished. So you can decorate it entirely to your taste.
You would live with two nice girls aged 19 and 22, both studying in Karlsruhe. One roommate studies engineering at KIT, the other economics.
You share a common kitchen, which also has a washing machine. There is a bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate.
The cold rent is 390 EUR + 130 EUR utilities.
The utilities include internet, electricity, water, heating, garbage, etc. A landline connection is available, but currently no phone (flat rate for national landline calls included) is connected. You are welcome to set this up.
It would be nice if you are looking for the room for a longer period so that a nice community can develop.
A nice female student is desired. You may already have a few semesters behind you :-)
I am the landlord myself and do not live in the shared apartment. If you are interested, your potential roommates or the current tenant will gladly show you the apartment and you can get to know them.
