Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und bezugsfertig: vom Bett über die Küchenausstattung bis hin zu Stauraum und Beleuchtung ist alles vorhanden, sodass ein unkomplizierter Einzug ohne eigenen Hausrat möglich ist.
Wie bei einem Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1910 zu erwarten, weist die Wohnung altbautypische Eigenschaften auf: Die Wärmedämmung entspricht nicht dem Neubaustandard und insbesondere in den Wintermonaten empfiehlt sich regelmäßiges Stoßlüften, um Feuchtigkeit vorzubeugen.
