Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1- Zimmer-Wohnung im netten Veedel Köln-Sülz für den 01.10.26 . Die Wohnung wird renoviert übergeben. Eine kleine Single-Küche mit Spüle, Herd und Kühlschrank, sowie viel Stauraum in Einbauschränken sind vorhanden
Für die Anmietung der Wohnung werden folgende Nachweise vorausgesetzt (kein Jobcenter):
- einwandfreie Schufa
⁃ geregltes Einkommen (3 Gehaltsnachweise)
- bei jungen Studierenden ohne vorhandene Gehaltsnachweise wird eine Elternbürgschaft oder die Unterschrift eines Elternteils im Mietvertrag vorausgesetzt
Der große Kleiderschrank (Bild 7), das Sofa (ausziehbar (Bild 8), der Klapptisch (Bild 9), ein Schuhregal (Bild10), sowie ein Schreibtisch (Bild 11) und Bettgestell (Bild 12) werden gegen einen Abschlag von 200€ in der Wohnung bleiben.

Die Wohnung ist gut angeschlossen mit der Haltestelle "Weißhausstraße" (Linie 18, sowie Buslinien 142 & 987) nur 5 Minuten per Fuß entfernt. Die Universität ist in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. In der fußläufigen Umgebung sind viele Supermärkte/Restaurants/Cafès/Bars vorhanden.
