Die Wohnung ist von viel Grün umgeben, liegt aber gleichzeitig sehr verkehrsgünstig, weil man in ca 3 Minuten an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Langwasser-Mitte ist. Von dort fahren auch viele Busse los.
Wenn man möchte, ist man aber gleichzeitig auch schnell auf der Autobahn.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug, da die Wohnung direkt am Frankencenter liegt. Wenn das nicht ausreichend ist, ist man mit der U-Bahn auch schnell in der Innenstadt.
Die Küche kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
