I am looking for a new tenant (Nachmieter) for my modern one-room apartment in central Düsseldorf-Pempelfort. The apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom, as well as a private storage room in the basement.
The total monthly rent is approximately €803, including approximately €76 in utilities and an underground parking space. The final rental conditions are determined by the landlord.
Available from November 1, 2026, possibly earlier in October.
The apartment includes a fitted kitchen with a fridge and small freezer compartment, as well as relatively new furniture and furnishings, including a bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, wardrobe, sideboard, TV, curtains and kitchen equipment.
