Bewohner/innen des Caritas Service Wohnen erhalten nicht nur seniorengerechten Wohnraum, sondern auch passende Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsangebote, die das Miteinander in der Hausgemeinschaft stärken, Hilfe im Alltag bieten und Versorgungssicherheit geben.
Für die Grundleistungen beträgt die Betreuungspauschale derzeit 180,00 EUR monatlich. Für eine zweite Person erhöht sich die Betreuungspauschale um das 1,5 fache und beträgt derzeit 270,00 EUR monatlich.
Die Betreuungspauschale wird von den Mietern direkt an den Kooperationspartner Caritas Altenhilfe gGmbH gezahlt und ist nicht Bestandteil der Wohnungsmiete.
Für die Nutzung des Gemeinschaftsraum ist 10,24 EUR zu zahlen.
Die Konditionsangaben in diesem Exposé ermöglichen keinen separaten Ausweis des Betrages der Betreuungspauschale und Nutzungsgebüres, weswegen diese in der Position „Gesamtmiete“ addiert ausgewiesen wird.
