*Personen jeden Alters, die als pflegebedürftig nach SGB XI eingestuft sind und die ihr Leben und ihren Haushalt, ggf. unter Inanspruchnahme von Hilfestellungen, selbständig und eigenverantwortlich führen.
*Bei Ehe- oder Lebenspartnern genügt es, wenn eine/r der beiden dem vorgenannten Personenkreis angehört
