Our apartment house at Triftstr. 53 is located in the Frankfurt district of Niederrad.
It is centrally located between Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt city center. Nearby is the Deutsche Bank Park (formerly Commerzbank Arena), as well as the Frankfurt office city. Due to numerous transport connections, you can quickly reach Frankfurt main station, airport (with direct bus connection) and the surrounding cities. The bus and tram stop is directly in front of the house. The S-Bahn station is within walking distance.
A supermarket is located directly opposite the apartment house. Bakeries, restaurants and other shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The warm rent is a booking flat rate. Utilities, electricity, internet and an intermediate cleaning per month are included. There is no utility bill.
Plus one-time final cleaning fee 150 €.
Broadcasting fees must be paid by the tenant when registering residence.
