Completely renovated small attic apartment in 2017. New bathroom with bathtub, designer flooring in the bedroom and living room, with a partially open kitchen. All rooms are painted white with smoothly plastered walls. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a balcony. A fiber optic connection for the apartment is available and operational.
There is a separate lockable cellar room assigned to this apartment. A general bicycle cellar also exists but is only accessible via stairs through the hallway.
Quiet residential location, shopping facilities, public transport connections by bus and train nearby.
The apartment can be regularly occupied from 15.12.
In agreement with the current tenant, the apartment could be handed over one month earlier, so it could be occupied from 15.11. if there is interest.
Until then, it is still occupied and can be viewed in its occupied state.
All shown furniture belongs to the current tenant and is not rented with the apartment. They only serve as an illustration of an occupied condition.
The current tenant would like to hand over the currently installed kitchen in its current condition completely (see pictures). This includes the shown kitchen units, wall cabinets, and electrical appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator). Additionally, the current tenant would like to hand over the following items to a new tenant if there is interest:
- Corner sofa
- Pax wardrobe
- Box spring bed
- 2 chairs
- Living room roller blind for the roof window
The exact conditions for a voluntary handover of the kitchen furniture or other furniture must be discussed with the current tenant upon request. Taking over furniture is absolutely optional. As the landlord, I only point out this option. Otherwise, an empty and broom-clean apartment will be handed over.
The apartment is suitable for 1 person.
For concluding the rental contract, a positive Schufa report, tenant self-disclosure, and the last 3 salary statements must be provided. These documents can be made available after a viewing and existing interest.
