Spacious 1-Room Apartment in the Heart of the Old Town
Spacious 1-Room Apartment in the Heart of the Old Town
Altstadt, Düsseldorf
€ 780
Description
Right in the middle of life, you cannot live more centrally in Düsseldorf.
Rental start: immediately
Only individually arranged single viewing appointments take place, but only for interested parties who can prove to us before scheduling the appointment that they can afford the rent.
The generously sized and bright apartment facing the inner courtyard has a spacious south-facing balcony with sun all day and a view of the courtyard.
The modern, comfortable bathroom with white tiles has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine connection.
In the entrance area of the apartment there are connections for a small kitchenette, which can be installed by the tenant according to their wishes. Next to it is a small storage room that could also be used as a walk-in closet.
The floor is covered with laminate.
The apartment is rented unfurnished and freshly painted.
Only a few minutes' walk to the Rhine, the subway, Carlsplatz or the Kö. Countless shops, bars and restaurants are in the immediate neighborhood.
The apartment is suitable for only one person.
A private telephone/TV connection is not possible. TV and internet can be received via a digital TV receiver or via a Cube (approx. €30,-/month).
The location on the "longest bar in the world" is not for noise-sensitive people. Although our apartments have really good insulation and this apartment faces the courtyard, music from the gastronomy business in the house or neighboring venues can be faintly heard, especially on weekends. By signing a rental contract you agree that possible noise pollution does not constitute a defect.
As soon as the apartment is rented, this ad will be deleted. Please save yourself calls asking if the apartment is still available. Yes, it is.

We ask for your understanding that our time is too valuable for leisure apartment viewers. Please send us meaningful information about your income situation if you are interested.

- Proof of income, e.g. pay slips / employment contract
- Copy of ID card (front and back)

For interested tenants with low income, we also require these documents from the respective guarantor. This person will then be included in the rental contract.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.

The map shows where this apartment is. Where the exact house number has not been published we show the centre of the postcode instead, and say so.
