We are a cooperative. Membership is a prerequisite for renting an apartment. If you are not yet a member, you must acquire membership by joining no later than before signing a rental agreement and subscribe to additional cooperative shares depending on the apartment size, which must be paid up by the time of moving in. Membership admission usually takes place in connection with the allocation of the apartment. At the end of membership, the shares are paid out again according to our statutes. Our statutes can be found on our homepage at www.bg-es.de. We cooperate with the German Tenants' Association: Every new tenant receives a value voucher from the cooperative, which can be redeemed at the German Tenants' Association Esslingen-Göppingen e. V. With the voucher, the membership fee is halved in the first year, and the admission fee of 15.00 EUR at the DMB is waived.
In the interest of a long-term rental relationship, ordinary termination is excluded for a period of two years.
