The district of Eutritzsch borders the Zentrum-Nord to the north. Eutritzsch includes, besides the old village core around the Eutritzscher Markt, also the St. Georg hospital, the St. Georg settlement, and a small industrial area on Zschortauer Straße. Furthermore, the Nordfriedhof of the city of Leipzig and the Old Israelite Cemetery are located in this area.
