Description
We offer two beautiful, high-quality furnished rooms in a cozy shared apartment at Rathsbergerstraße 20, Erlangen. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The shared apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your culinary adventures, including a freezer chest and a practical ice cube machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
The highlight of the shared apartment is the large garden, which invites you to grill and relax together. In summer, a small pool is also available for refreshment. The house was built in 1903 as a Corpshaus and part of the house was converted into a student shared apartment some time ago, which is rented out by an association. Therefore, we are only looking for FAU students who want to stay in Erlangen for several semesters - preferably in their first semester.

The house is located at Burgberg, one of the more exclusive districts of Erlangen. Students of the Philosophical Faculty, Jurdicum, and Medical Faculty can quickly reach the university and city center on foot or by bike. The public transport connection to the Technical and Natural Sciences Faculty is also good, so you can get to your lectures quickly and easily (bus stop directly in front of the house). Private parking spaces are also available. The Berg Kirchweih festival takes place nearby every year. In addition, the house borders directly on a small park.
