I am Jasmin, a doctor, and I am offering a room or the entire apartment for sublet; the room is approximately 12 m2 and located in a beautiful maisonette apartment.
Currently, it is furnished but you can also furnish it yourself after consultation.
Your room is on the second floor. There is also a bathroom and two other rooms on this floor.
On the lower floor, there is a kitchen, another bathroom, a hallway, a very large living room, and a balcony.
It is not a typical shared apartment life, as you will currently live alone in the apartment 90% of the time. I will also be there about every two weekends per month.
The offer is very suitable for commuters, working professionals, weekly residents, or quiet students.
A neat coexistence and a discreet, careful handling of the apartment are very important to me.
A shorter or longer rental period is possible by arrangement.
