The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a very quiet building with only two other units and has a very large private terrace. Parking is usually easily available directly in front of the door.
The apartment is very well maintained and partially furnished and can be moved into practically immediately. Renovation work is not necessary.
6 Pauschalmiete: 2,450 /Month
Including electricity, heating, operating costs, internet and furnishings no additional monthly ancillary costs.
