The members of the student fraternity Corps Saxonia Leipzig are looking for new roommates.
Are you a student at a university or college and currently looking for a room or an apartment?
You don't want a purely functional shared flat or to live in the new building block of the student dormitory?
Then you are exactly right with us! We offer you a nice room in an old city villa.
In total, 7 partially furnished rooms are available, each about 20 square meters in size. These are spread over our 2 residential floors. The villa has four bathrooms, a spacious communal kitchen, a dining room, a bar with a tap system, a lounge, and a large ballroom for events. The house was built in 1905 and impresses with many small details such as a cozy conservatory or a fireplace room with a dartboard. Furthermore, the large garden with terrace can of course be freely used.
What do we expect from applicants?
Every male student can apply with us. Honesty and tolerance are particularly important cornerstones of our coexistence. No one should be excluded from our community because of origin, religion, or political views.
What else do we offer?
Our community is there to support you on your way to graduation. Through our mentoring program, you get contact with alumni from various fields of study. In addition, our parties and events offer many opportunities to meet other freshmen and advanced students. Overall, life in our student fraternity is characterized by numerous joint activities.
In the house live a law student, an industrial engineering student, an economics student, and a medical student.
We organize seminars on various topics (whisky tasting, golf, etiquette, communication, economics), cook together, hold game and movie nights, and also visit the stadium on occasion. Several times a year we take weekend trips to other cities in Germany or Europe.
