Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen den Tram-Haltestellen „Briefzentrum“ und „Burghausener Straße“, von denen aus man mit der Linie 16 und 17 innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist, aber auch einmal ohne Umsteigen quer durch die Stadt fahren kann. Stadt auswärts ist man in 10min am Schloss Nymphenburg.
Angrenzend an die Wohnung ist eine schöne Grünanlage, durch die man in 5-10 min zu Fuß sowohl die S-Bahn Stammstrecke „Hirschgarten“ als auch den königlichen Hirschgarten als Möglichkeit für Freizeitaktivitäten super schnell erreichen kann.
