Willkommen im UTES Studentshome Darmstadt!
Wir bieten für alle Student*innen und solchen, die es werden wollen, attraktive Apartments an. Unsere Zimmer sind bereits ausgestattet. Dazu gehören neben dem Bett auch ein Schreibtisch samt Bürostuhl sowie je nach Zimmerkategorie ein Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen und eine Küchenzeile. Außerdem bietet Dir unser Apartment folgende Vorteile:
- eigenes Bad
- einfache Buchung/Kündigung des Zimmers
- all inclusive Miete: WLAN, Strom, Heizung und Wasser sind bereits in der Miete enthalten
- keine komplizierten Abrechnungen mit Mitbewohnern/Vermietern
- Privatsphäre
- große Gemeinschaftsflächen
- Fahrradgarage und eigener Auto-Stellplatz (30€/Monat)
- Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller

Wir bieten folgende Zimmerkategorien an:
- Single Standard: Einzelapartment mit eigenem Bad, Gemeinschaftsküche (485€*)
- Double Standard: Doppelapartment (optimal für Paare) mit eigenem Bad und eigener Küche (860€)
- Single Balcony: Einzelapartment mit eigenem Bad und Balkon, Gemeinschaftsküche (540€*)
- Single Plus: Einzelapartment mit eigenem Bad und eigener Küche (590€)

*Momentan 10€ Aufschlag pro Monat, siehe Anmeldeformular.

Die Kaution beträgt in allen Fällen drei Monatsmieten.

Bitte beachte, dass wir beim Einzug eine einmalige Pauschale i.H.v. 195€ erheben und dass nur Studenten berechtigt sind, ein Apartment zu mieten. Ein entsprechender Nachweis ist spätestens zum Einzugstermin zu erbringen.

Welcome to UTES Studentshome Darmstadt!
We offer attractive apartments for all students and those who want to become such. Our rooms are already equipped. This includes a bed, a desk and office chair, as well as a dining table with two chairs and a kitchen, depending on the room category. Our apartments also offer you the following advantages:
- own bathroom
- easy booking/termination of the room
- all inclusive rent: WLAN, electricity, heating and water are already included in the rent
- no complicated settlements with roommates/landlords
- privacy
- large common areas
- bicycle garage and own car parking space (30€/month)
- washing/drying machines in the cellar

We offer the following room categories:
Single Standard: single apartment with private bathroom, shared kitchen (485€*)
Double Standard: double apartment (ideal for couples) with private bathroom and kitchen (860€)
Single Balcony: single apartment with private bathroom and balcony, shared kitchen (540€*)
Single Plus: single apartment with private bathroom and kitchen (590€)

*Currently additional 10€ p. month, see Application Form

The deposit in all cases is three months rent.

Please note that we charge a one-time fee of 195€ when you move in and that only students are eligible to rent an apartment. Proof of eligibility must be provided by the move-in date at the latest.

Unser Studentshome ist optimal gelegen. Mit der Bus- und Bahnstation direkt vor der Haustür bist Du in nur 8 Minuten an der TU Darmstadt Stadtmitte (Alexanderstraße), in 2 weiteren Minuten erreichst Du ohne Umsteigen die Innenstadt (Luisenplatz). Alternativ kannst Du mit dem eigenen Fahrrad oder sharing-bike (inkl. als TU Student*in) in der selben Zeit über gut ausgebaute Radwege die Uni erreichen. Der Standort Lichtwiese der TU Darmstadt ist per ÖPNV 25min oder mit dem Rad nur ca. 18 min entfernt.
Für den täglichen Bedarf sind im Umkreis von 300 Metern fußläufig mehrere Supermärkte (LIDL, Mixmarkt, EDEKA + Getränkemarkt, Penny und tegut teo 24h geöffnet!), zwei Apotheken, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Imbisse und eine Poststation vorhanden.
Sportbegeisterte erreichen mit dem Bus oder Rad in wenigen Minuten den Sportpark Ziegelbusch (Tennis, Fußball, Rugby, etc.), das Nordbad (Hallen-/Freibad) oder gehen im anliegenden Wald joggen.

Our Studentshome is ideally located. With the bus and train station right in front of your door, you can reach the TU Darmstadt in the city center (Alexanderstraße) in only 8 minutes, in another 2 minutes you can get to the city center (Luisenplatz) without having to change train/bus. Alternatively, you can reach the university with your own bike or sharing-bike (incl. as a TU student) in the same time via well-developed bike paths. The Lichtwiese location of the TU Darmstadt can also be reached by public transport in 25 minutes or by bike in about 18 minutes.
For daily needs, there are several supermarkets (LIDL, Mixmarkt, EDEKA + beverage market, Penny and tegut teo 24h open!), two pharmacies, Sparkasse, Volksbank, snack bars and a post office within 300 meters walking distance.
Within a few minutes Sports enthusiasts can reach the Sportpark Ziegelbusch (tennis, soccer, rugby, etc.), the Nordbad (indoor/outdoor swimming pool) or go jogging in the adjacent forest.
