I am looking for a new tenant for a 3-room apartment on a floor with a balcony in a quiet multi-family house, as I am moving out of the city myself. A basement compartment is included in the rent. Electricity and the stated heating costs are not billed through the landlord but must be settled separately with the energy supplier. The kitchen can be taken over for a compensation payment of 2000€.
