Hallo zusammen!
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein ca. 15 m² großes WG-Zimmer in Karlsruhe-Durlach. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 625 € pro Monat. Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatskaltmieten.
Die WG wurde komplett neu renoviert und befindet sich in einem sehr guten und modernen Zustand. In der gesamten Wohnung wurde außerdem neuer Laminatboden verlegt.
Die WG besteht insgesamt aus vier Personen. Aktuell wohnen dort eine Frau und zwei Männer neben mir.
Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Es gibt keinen unnötigen Lärm. Alle gehen freundlich und respektvoll miteinander um. Für die Reinigung der gesamten Wohnung gibt es außerdem einen festen Reinigungsplan, sodass die gemeinsamen Räume regelmäßig sauber gehalten werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schön eingerichtete Küche, einen langen Flur, ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC.
Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank und einem Schrank für persönliche Gegenstände ausgestattet.
Im Keller steht außerdem eine Waschmaschine, die sich in einem einwandfreien Zustand befindet.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In der Nähe der Adresse Killisfeldstraße 23 befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Außerdem ist eine Bahnverbindung mit mehreren Zug- und Straßenbahnlinien nicht weit entfernt, sodass man schnell und bequem in andere Stadtteile sowie ins Karlsruher Stadtzentrum gelangt.

Die Immobilie befindet sich im Karlsruher Stadtteil Durlach. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist durch verschiedene Buslinien sowie die S-Bahn-Linie S1 und S2 sehr gut ausgebaut und ermöglicht eine schnelle Verbindung in die Innenstadt.
