Kronsrode offers urban living in greenery, directly adjacent to Expo Park. On 53 hectares, a total of 3,500 residential units are being developed in this new district. In addition to apartments, city maisonettes with their own entrance and townhouses are being built here, these are three-story townhouses, of which hanova will realize six. At the end of May 2019, the winning designs of the architectural competition were presented.
