To turn ideas into action, a direct contact person is available on site. This person coordinates and supports community projects and ensures structure in everyday life at the house. A monthly flat rate of 45 € is charged for this special service.

It is listed separately in the rental contract and is charged for the general service and care services of the house as well as for the provision of the communal areas.
This includes in particular the organizational support of tenants (e.g. contact person on site, receiving concerns, coordinating services), the provision and management of communal offers and information, as well as ensuring basic accessibility of the service staff. The service flat rate is a flat fee for these services and is not to be classified as allocable operating costs according to the Operating Costs Ordinance (BetrKV).
