Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Stuttgart.
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnfläche von 71 m² und verfügt über 3 Zimmer .Außerdem gibt es zwei Balkone, und die Böden sind mit Laminat ausgestattet.
Da die Einbauküche unser Eigentum ist, würden wir sie bei Interesse für 1.100 € übernehmen lassen. Kaltmiete ist 1200 Euro.
Der aktuelle Mietvertrag läuft bis zum 30.04.2028. Eine Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses kann anschließend nach Absprache mit der zuständigen Hausverwaltung bzw. dem Immobilienunternehmen besprochen werden.

Die Werastraße liegt direkt im lebendigen Stadtteil Stuttgart Mitte. Die zentrale Lage bietet kurze Wege und eine lebendige Nachbarschaft mit einer sehr guten Infrastruktur für den täglichen Bedarf.
