wir haben eine zwei Zimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, in der Nähe der Innenstadt, zu vermieten. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man vom Herold-Center entfernt.
Abgesehen von den zwei Zimmern ist die Wohnung mit einer hellen Einbauküche sowie einem Duschbad ausgestattet.
Vorab möchte ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass keine Stellplätze zur Anmietung zur Verfügung stehen. Man kann sich allerdings für eine Garage auf eine Warteliste eintragen lassen.
Die Wohnung kann ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 bezogen werden.
Hunde sind nicht erlaubt. Es gibt keinen Balkon. Es handelt sich um eine vergleichbare Wohnung bis auf das Badezimmer und die Küche.
