We offer three apartment sizes:
- Small apartment (1 room, approx. 20 m², cold rent from 459,-- €)
- Medium apartment (1.5 rooms, approx. 28 m², cold rent from 555,-- €)
- Large apartment (2.5 rooms, from 34 m², cold rent from 689,-- €)
Apartments are available with a balcony, terrace or winter garden or without. Medium and Large types are also suitable for two people.
behome also provides various shared spaces, including a large laundry lounge with multiple washing machines and dryers on the ground floor, a rooftop terrace with benches, tables and a spectacular view over Dortmund as well as a landscaped inner courtyard.
In the basement, there are 128 free bicycle parking spaces and 73 underground parking spaces available for rent.
The apartments are fully furnished and feature a modern kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a combination appliance with microwave, convection, and grill functions. From the Medium apartment type onwards, a dishwasher is included as standard.
All apartments offer a modern bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, an extra-large mirror and a heated towel rail. The Medium and Large apartment types also include a separate storage room and a comfortable box-spring bed.
The basic furnishings additionally include a wardrobe, a dining table with chairs and a desk.
Located in the popular Kreuzviertel district in the heart of Dortmund, behome offers everything you need for daily life right on your doorstep: dining, shopping, fitness and entertainment. Dortmund city centre is about a 20-minute walk away and TU Dortmund is less than 15 minutes away by bike.
Numerous green spaces in the surrounding area invite you to enjoy leisure activities. Borussia Dortmund’s football stadium as well as the Westfalenhallen exhibition and congress center are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
Transport connections are excellent: bus, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations for quick access to the city center and the main train station are located nearby and the motorways are also easily accessible.
