Apartments are available with a balcony, terrace or winter garden or without. Medium and Large types are also suitable for two people.
behome also provides various shared spaces, including a large laundry lounge with multiple washing machines and dryers on the ground floor, a rooftop terrace with benches, tables and a spectacular view over Dortmund as well as a landscaped inner courtyard.
In the basement, there are 128 free bicycle parking spaces and 73 underground parking spaces available for rent.
The apartments are fully furnished and feature a modern kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a combination appliance with microwave, convection, and grill functions. From the Medium apartment type onwards, a dishwasher is included as standard.
All apartments offer a modern bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, an extra-large mirror and a heated towel rail. The Medium and Large apartment types also include a separate storage room and a comfortable box-spring bed.
The basic furnishings additionally include a wardrobe, a dining table with chairs and a desk.
