The apartment has a total of 150 sqm!

Core renovated old building / first occupancy 2017; shower, kitchen and hallway with tiles; fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, built-in stove with glass ceramic hob, built-in fridge, extractor hood including cookware, glasses, cutlery, WMF coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender etc....

Shower is walk-in on ground level, hairdryer is also provided.

Hallway with shoe cabinets for each tenant.

Rooms are fully furnished with high-quality apartment furniture (including desk), Smart TV, curtains and laminate flooring.

Monthly cleaning of floors in hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are cleaned by the students themselves.

Basement rooms with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (each Siemens insured via Wertgarantie). There is also a separate drying room and a steel cabinet (80x180 cm) for each room.

We offer the room at a complete price including all additional costs (heating, GEZ fee, cleaning, electricity and WLAN and IKEA furniture full equipment).

The rent includes the GEZ fee (broadcasting fee).

The rooms are fully furnished (including a like-new Smart Samsung TV fixed on the wall!!)

There are no additional costs for the student.

The warm rent includes a flat rate of 20 Euro for the GEZ fee/WLAN and 80 Euro for heating, electricity, cleaning of common areas and other additional costs.

Location
Very good transport connections, close to the university, very good shopping facilities 3-5 minutes to OBI and LIDL and gas station.

Short connection to the Aue and Orangerie as recreational areas in Kassel.

All routes can be easily done by bike (parking space in the courtyard with covered bike stand).

Shared Apartment Life
The house has an intercom system with monitor.

Access via automatic code numbers.

Each room has a security lock. The entrance door and the apartment door are also equipped with security locks and thus secured.

A mailbox system for all apartments is available.

The courtyard and garden are fenced and partially landscaped. There is a barbecue area, a garden table with chairs.

Other
The trash bins are protected in the courtyard behind the bike stands separated by paper, household waste and green bin (no need to go to the street).

Pets are not desired and not allowed.
