Hallo lieber Mietinteressent,
die Wohnung ist tatsächlich sehr schön in Wilmersdorf in Kudamm Nähe gelegen. Ich habe hier selbst einige Jahre gelebt und auch wenn man nicht allzu viel Platz hat, lässt es sich hier ganz gut leben.
Zu den Maßen: Das große Zimmer hat 20 m² und das kleine 5 m².

Der Balkon hat auch extra eine Sonnenliege. Außerdem gibt es eine Wachmaschine. Bei Bedarf können wir einzelne Möbel aber auch wieder entfernen.
Die Bayerische Straße liegt im lebendigen Berliner Stadtteil Wilmersdorf. Die Infrastruktur ist durch die U-Bahnlinie U7 sowie die Buslinien 101 und 249 optimal erschlossen. Schulen, Spielplätze und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung, was den Standort für unterschiedliche Lebensentwürfe attraktiv macht.
