I am subletting my old building apartment for 1 month while I am abroad. The apartment is therefore available from 14.09.26 to 14.10.26. Rental until 25.10.26 is also possible upon request. NO EXTENSION possible.
The apartment is simply furnished with all necessary furnishings (bed, wardrobe, desk, couch, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen).
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019.
The deposit serves only as security - if no damages occur, it will be refunded immediately without delay.
