Since I have terminated my apartment, I am looking for a suitable new tenant on behalf of the landlord. The charming 1-room apartment is located in a central location in downtown Krefeld and offers surprisingly much space on about 30 m² due to its well-thought-out layout. An absolute highlight is the built-in loft bed: it optimally uses the room height, leaving plenty of space underneath for a cozy sofa, a bookshelf, or a desk.
The kitchen is separate and offers enough space for a small dining area right by the window. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable corner bathtub and a practical washing machine connection. The building also includes a beautiful communal garden in the courtyard, which can be used by all residents. The community is very pleasant and characterized by younger people such as students, trainees, and young professionals.

My previous rent is 350 €.
