1-Room Apartment in Karlsruhe-Durlach, New Tenant Wanted

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy 1-room apartment in Karlsruhe-Durlach, as I want to move for professional reasons.

The apartment is about 36 m2, located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and has a balcony, a separate small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

My current warm rent is 728€ per month. The exact rental conditions are set by the landlord.

Furniture takeover:

The apartment is rented unfurnished by the landlord. When I moved in, I took over the existing furniture from my previous tenant and additionally bought some furniture myself, which should be taken over for 500€.

Included in the takeover are, among others:

* Bed + slatted frame 180cm x 200cm

* Chest of drawers

* Couch

* Wardrobe in the hallway

* Kitchen equipment with kitchenette and cabinets

* Mirror cabinet & washbasin cabinet in the bathroom

Location
The apartment is located in Karlsruhe-Durlach with good transport connections. REWE and dm are about 4 minutes away on foot, the Durlach train station about 6 minutes.
