The apartment includes one room, a spacious bathroom, a small kitchen in the entrance area, and a large balcony. A lot of light flows into the apartment through the two balcony doors, and in summer you can relax comfortably on the balcony. The kitchen, including oven, two hotplates, refrigerator, sink, and storage space, is included and does not require an additional payment. The apartment faces the courtyard, making it very quiet inside. In summer, the apartment does not heat up much, and in winter it does not get very cold because the building is quite well insulated.
The building also has a large elevator and is completely barrier-free. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers available. In the courtyard, there is a bicycle room that can be locked.

Directly in front of the building is a stop with bus and train connections. This allows easy travel to all parts of Leipzig. The city center and the university are also not far away (about 10 minutes by train or bicycle). Nearby is Lene-Voigt-Park, some cafés, several shopping options (Penny and Kaufland about 2-3 minutes on foot, Rewe about 5-10 minutes on foot), a bakery with good rolls, a great convenience store, and several places to eat out (pizza, ramen, sushi, döner, etc.). In summer, Cospudener See can be reached within half an hour by bicycle. Not far away, you can also find the popular Eisi, which is especially a meeting point for students and offers many options for dining out, bars, culture and art scene (particularly strong music scene), second-hand shops, cafés, and much more. All in all, the area offers a good location because there is something for everyone, whether you want to be very active or rather relax.
